Exporting to eMail

To export a recording to an email drag the file onto the eMail button in the library or select the recording and click on the eMail button.

To export a recording to an email:

Select the recording to be exported.
Click on the eMail button, or drag and drop the recording onto the eMail button.
Dragging the recording onto the eMail button will open the eMail Shortcuts popup menu.
Enter the recipient's email address.
Enter the subject to the email.
Enter the email message.

Click on Send and the recording will be sent to the email address entered in step 3.

The connections for this export can be saved as a Shortcut. Just click on the Add as Shortcut... button in the lower left. Name the Shortcut and it will appear in the eMail Shortcuts popup menu the next time a recording is dragged onto the eMail button.

Note: To open the eMail Shortcuts popup menu, the recording must be dragged onto the eMail button.
